JAIPUR - MANDAWA - BIKANER - JAISALMER - JODHPUR - MOUNTABU - UDAIPUR - BUNDI - RANTHAMBORE

Day 01: Jaipur Local Sightseeing                                                                                                                                                 

Pick up from Rly Stn. / Airport. & drive to Jaipur transfer to hotel and check in. Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Jaipur - the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince and ever since, it has retained this colour. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory & Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive past Hawa Mahal with photo stop & through the pink rose residential & business areas. Overnight Jaipur.

Day 02: Jaipur Local Sightseeing     

Morning visit Amber Fort with an Elephant ride( at extra cost subject to availability) till the main entrance of the fort. Amber Fort was the ancient capital of the State. After photo stop at Jal Mahal, Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Evening free for shopping on own. Return to hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 03: Jaipur to Mandawa Local Sightseeing     (180 Kms / 3hrs 19min drive) 

Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel and drive to Mandawa. Upon arrival check in at hotel. Mandawa Havelies are a huge tourist attraction with their detailed work and intricately painted walls. Some of the popular havelis in the area are the Hanuman Prasad Goenka Haveli, Goenka Double Haveli, Jhunjhunwala Haveli, Murmuria Haveli, Gulab Rai Ladia Haveli and Mohan Lal Saraf Haveli. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Mandawa to Bikaner         (160 Kms / 3hrs 7min drive)  

Today explore the Mandawa Fort, located in the very heart of Mandawa a classic example of the famed Rajput style of architecture. It houses many beautiful paintings and frescoes that dazzle the eyes & have now been converted into a heritage hotel. Later drive to the princely state of Bikaner.

Day 05: Bikaner – Jaisalmer Sightseeing      (330 Kms / 4hrs 57min drive)   

Morning check out and proceed to Jaisalmer, the golden city of Rajasthan. In the late afternoon check in at hotel. Proceed to Sam for Camel Ride. Return back to hotel. Stay Overnight at Jaisalmer.

Note:- Tents are closed from Mar to Sep. Only Camel ride is available at an additional cost payable directly.

Day 06: Jaisalmer Local Sightseeing                                                                                      

After breakfast check out from Tent(if stay taken). Proceed for sightseeing tour of The Golden City - Jaisalmer. Visit the 12th century magnificent fort at Jaisalmer (This is the highlight of the tour-Sonar Kella). Also visit the beautifully and magnificently carved Havelis of Salim Singh ki Haveli, Nathmal Ki Haveli and Patwon ki Haveli (Buildings dating from 12th to 15th century) and Gadisar Lake, followed by a visit to the Barabagh Hill (Bada Bagh). Return back to hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 07: Jaisalmer to Jodhpur       (266 Kms / 4hrs 23min drive)

 After Breakfast & check out from hotel & drive to Jodhpur. Arrive Jodhpur and check in at hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day 08: Jodhpur Local Sightseeing                                                                                       

Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for local city sight seeing tour. Jodhpur, stronghold of the fierce Rathore clan, was founded in 1459 by Prince Jodha . Visit the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill. Within the fort, visit Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal . Also visit Jaswant Thada , an imposing marble cenotaph, built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant singh II around 1899 and Umaid Public gardens. Return back to hotel and overnight stay.

Day 09: Jodhpur to Mount Abu     (261 Kms / 4hrs 40min drive)

After Breakfast & check out from hotel. Depart for Mt Abu. Arrive at Mt Abu and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10: Mount Abu Local Sightseeing   

Today visit Gurushikhar, Dilwara jain Temple, Sunset Point, Nakki lake, Brahma Kumari, Achalgarh Fort, Adhar Devi Temple. Return back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 11: Mount Abu to Udaipur     (166 Kms / 3hrs 8min drive)

 After Breakfast & check out from hotel. Depart for Udaipur. Arrive at Udaipur and transfer to the hotel. Udaipur, 'the city of lakes' is admired for its fairy-tale palaces, lakes, temples, and gardens among many more. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Udaipur.

Day 12: Udaipur Local Sightseeing

Breakfast at hotel. Morning city sight seeing tour. Built in 1559 A.D. by Maharaja Udai Singh, the city has been described as the most romantic spot on the continent of India by Col. James Todd. The places of interest include City Palace which has several carved balconies, arches and decorated pillars, Zenana Mahal, Fateh Prakash, Durbar Hall and Shambhu Niwas. Also visit Jagdish temple, Sahelion-ki-Bari (queen's resort for the friends). Evening Motor launch cruise(Cruise ride not included) on the placid waters of Lake Pichola and enjoy scenic view of Sunset. Overnight stay.

Day 13: Udaipur to Bundi      (264 Kms / 4hrs 38min drive)

After breakfast check out and drive to Bundi. Arrive Bundi and check into your hotel. Proceed for local sightseeing visiting Taragarh Fort, Garh Palace and Sukh Mahal. Return back to hotel. Overnight at Bundi.

Day 14: Bundi to Ranthambore     (140 Kms / 2hrs 58min drive)

 After breakfast in the morning check out from hotel and drive to Ranthambore. Ranthambore is known all over for it's Ranthambore National Park (Sawai Madhopur) that offers more opportunities of sighting of tigers and other fast depleting animals. If time permits enjoy an afternoon canter safari to spot tigers(at additional cost). Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 15: Ranthambore Jungle Safari                                

 Enjoy morning and evening safaris at Ranthambore ( at additional cost). Enjoy a safari ride viewing inside the verdant jungles of the Ranthambore National Park. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 16: Ranthambore to Jaipur      (176 Kms / 3hrs 24min drive)                                                      

Early morning jungle safari ( at your own) drive that lasts for two and half hours (At additional cost). Since you can opt for Canter or Open Gypsy and photography is allowed you will get ample chances to catch precious moments in camera( additional Cost). Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from hotel. Drive back to Jaipur. Drop at Jaipur Airport / Rly Stn for onward Journey.
